Free Jesse Tree ornaments: your first 5 days of Advent

What's inside

• Ornaments for Creation, Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham and Isaac, each about 6 cm (2.3 in) across, with the day number and Bible chapter
• The same five as clean outlines to color in, plus a blank one to design
• A reading for every day: a King James verse, a short retelling for kids, what the symbol means and a question
• A how-it-works page: what a Jesse Tree is and how to do it in ten minutes a day

How to use it

1. Print at actual size (100%). Card stock makes sturdier ornaments, but plain paper works fine.
2. Cut out each ornament on the dashed line, punch the dot and tie on a loop of ribbon or yarn.
3. Each evening from December 1, read that day's page together, talk about the question and hang the ornament on a branch, a paper tree or a string.
